Everydaylife in Helsinki

The Norwegian initiative was developed to integrate several finish artists. The participants in Helsinki were: Pekka Paikkari (Fi), Caroline Slotte (Fi), Ingrid Askeland (No), Maria Brinch (No), Arild Juul och Brit Dyrnes (No), Thomas Delle Donne (No), Katrine Ellefsen (No), Martha og Margit av Goodwin /Hansen (No), Erlend Leirdal (No), Anne-Gry Løland (No), Jørgen Moe (No), Maria Rodrigues (No), Franz Schmidt (No), Kari Steihaug (No), Borghild Unneland (No), Anders Ruhwald (Dk), Pontus Lindvall (Se), Kjell  Rylander (Se).

The exhibition was held at Galleri Norsu from March 29th to May 3rd 2008.

Seminar

The seminar Everyday life - craft in Finland and the Nordic Countries was held March 29th 2008. We invited the nordic speakers Louise Mazanti (Denmark), Holger Koefoed (Norway), Satu Kähkönen (Finland) and two artists Pekka Paikkari (Finland) and Pontus Lindvall (Sweden) to investigate the language and theory behind the last years crafts development in the nordic countries.
